DESCRIPTIONS

Qigong for Optimal Health:  Qigong exercises reduce stress and improve the practitioners' overall health.  We will massage immune boosting acupressure points, practice deep breathing for our organs and mental health, and move the body with gentle, slow meditative stretches. 

Qigong/Tai Chi: classes are a relaxed combination of the best of Qigong and simple Tai Chi forms.

Inner Power Qigong: Activate your inner healer, your inner strength and inner power! The exercises reduce stress and improve the practitioners' overall health, sense of confidence and well-being.

Tai Chi Easy™ Combine movements with breath and meditation, bringing balance, harmony and alignment to the body and mind.   Students learn beautiful movement practices designed to emphasize the cultivation of inner strength, improve balance, calm the mind and restore the body to its natural state of health.

Wudang Qigong/Tai Chi: Learn Qigong and Tai Chi from the Wudang Mountains of China.  Jessica shares these forms that she learned in her 3 trips to China.

Animals and Elements Qigong:  Each of the five Elements,—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—include categories such as a season, a direction, a stage of growth and development, internal organs, emotions, an animal, a taste, a color, a sound and more. Animal Frolics pique our imaginations work our bodies and are some of the oldest Qigong forms.
