Fall Season: Music and Meditation returns to the Music Academy of the West

Beginning the concert with a 15 minute guided meditation insures everyone is ready for deep listening from the first note.  As a community, we  share this experience together.  Afterwards, we invite you to have some tea, make new friends and discuss your experience.

Here are the dates for the Fall Music and Meditation series. All events are on a Friday at 2:00 and doors open at 1:30.
