About Qigong

Qigong (pronounced chee-gung), is the practice of energy cultivation for health and wellness. These Ancient Chinese exercises have been practiced for over 2000 years  in China for the health of our bodies, minds, emotions and our spiritual natures. Slow, meditative movements  combined with deep breathing, stretch our bodies, soothe the nervous system and bring peace to our minds.

Tai Chi (pronounced tie-chee), is a choreographed form of Qigong that focuses on balance and harmony for our bodies, and in our everyday lives. Tai Chi helps with balance as we age, as well as cognitive function.  Tai Chi helps with memory and focus.
