Learn the simple form of Tai Chi Easy that is currently being taught in Veterans Administration Hospitals all over the country. We will practice this form seated, standing and walking. We practice Tai Chi to reduce stress, improve balance, control pain and to bring peace and harmony into our lives. Slow, meditative movements quiet and slow down the mind, leaving us relaxed and with a sense of wellbeing. We will cover the History and Philosophy of Tai Chi, Vitality Method Qigong, warm up exercises, Thicht Nat Han’s Small Universe meditation.
