China Trips: Qigong, Tai Chi, Daoism, Cultural Immersion

By Qigong Tai Chi on Jan 14, 2019 at 01:00 AM

Join Jessica and Ray Kolbe on a trip of a lifetime.   We hope to go back to China, once it is safe to travel.  This is a spiritual retreat focusing on practicing Tai Chi and Qigong in the Sacred Mountains of China.  We will begin our visit in Hangzhou, the garden city, known for its tea farms, silks and gorgeous temples. We will spend a couple of days in the Sacred Taoist Mountain, Qiyun before going to Jiu Hua, 99 Buddhist Temples and 9 Sacred Mountains for more study.  We will then spend a week in the birthplace of Tai Chi, the Wudang Mountains, a World Heritage Site, where we study with Master Zhou and immerse ourselves in the village life. We will conclude our visit in Chengdu, home of the Pandas and Sechuan cuisine.  We will have a master teacher in each place we visit. Please email [email protected] for more information. Watch a 6 minute video of our 2017 trip to China.  Click Here  Don't miss the pandas at the end!

Hello Jessica and Ray,

I hope you are well.

Are you planning to have a trip to China in 2022 with a group? I would be very interested.

I have been practicing Qi Gong and tai chi for 2 years and this would be an invaluable experience.

Best regards,
Ekaterina

Hi! Thanks for checking in. At this point it is still a wait and see. The safety of our participants is our primary concern. I will let you know when we plan our next trip.
Blessings,
Jessica

Hello Jessica and Ray,

I first heard of Jessica today through a friend of mind. I watched her video in your garden. I heard that you use to do trips to Wudang Mountain. I took of online classes with Master Bing from Wudang.
If you are ever planning another trip I would love to go. Will there be any trips in 2023?
Thank you for any information.

Wishing you both Good Qi.

Hey Jessica,
I'm also very interested in visiting China to study Qi Gong but have concerns over safety. Are you looking at visiting anytime soon. Is it safe to do so now?
Thanks.
