    National Qigong Association presents Jessica on Syner-Qi

    On Sunday, January 14 at 12:00 PST Jessicaw will lead a follow up Qigong practice on Syner-Qi, followed by a discussion. We will practice 5 Element Qigong: Medicine for the Emotions.  This is a lovely,  simple and repetitive form that is intended to transform and heal emotional trauma.     Free Intro Class for Seniors In Carpinteria
